FAQ
What methods do you use to train dogs?
We use a balanced approach that includes positive reinforcement such as food rewards and praise as well as corrections when needed. We focus on building communication and respect between handler and dog using firm, fair techniques tailored to each dog’s unique personality.
Do you board dogs for training?
Yes, we offer a 4-week board and train program where dogs live at our state-of-the-art facility full time with 24/7 supervision from our professional trainers. This total immersion option allows us to provide high-intensity training customized to fully address each dog’s needs.
What types of dogs do you train?
We train all breeds and ages of dogs from puppies to adults. From basic obedience to more advanced skills needed for service work, our experienced trainers can help any dog reach its full potential regardless of breed, size, or age.
What credentials do your trainers have?
Our trainers must complete an extensive in-house apprenticeship program covering all aspects of dog psychology, behaviors and the most current, humane training methods. In addition, our head trainers have credentials from respected organizations including the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers and the National K-9 School for Dog Trainers.
